Are you running the worldserver.exe as admin? That, or something to do with the compatibility could be the problem.
Anyway, if you can't figure out how to keep the worldserver.exe from crashing, just type in these following commands while in game to get around the quest:

Woo hoo. Solved, thanks man. I wasnt run the worldserver.exe as admin... crap. I didnt thought how much it matters. Running as admin = there isnt problem with scripted quests, no crash. And i know much gm commands so that would be plan B

i have a problem , server works but complete wow world not loot items, instances, raids, normaly mops nothing can anyone help ?

It sounds like a quite strange issue. Have you perhaps tried to follow the setup guide of the repack?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxTtWqLhVRo
Also is this a clean download, with no custom changse? Especially regarding the database since spawns etc are handled there.

EDIT/MERGE:
Please forgive my ignorance.. This is my first attempt at running a repack.
Do I need to download a t0rrent of the core wow files to make this work? If so, what version would I grab? Any 4.3.4 file?
Or is all I need are the files ont he 1st page.

Update- Followed instructions. Launched via the EmuCoach Repack Launcher Client and get the following error after I hit Play:

Error #134 Fatal Condition
Program D:\Games\World Of Warrcraft Retail\Wow-64.exe
ProcessID:7120
Unable to open DBFilesClient\Startup_strings.dbc: Can't find file in build manifest

That path is where I have my retail version of Wow. Now where I installed the Repack. Any suggestions?
