Not all quests are fixed, however most are. Plus, with the 6.1 coming out for vip (or 6 coming to public i think), a LOT more quests will be fixed.
There is definitely a great improvement for the newer versions coming out soon.

Worgen quest By the Skin of His Teeth is not working. Breaks this cool race from playing it property. Oh and in this quest console is giving me this - ''MoveSpline::init_spline: zero length spline, wrong input data?''
