The Cataclysm zones are being worked on. I believe in the upcoming 6.1 for VIPs, the zones XP rates are fixed, and most likely a lot of the quests, with a lot of other fixes.

Nice, what languages are supported?

I think for now, just English, but I could be wrong, since I haven't had the need to try to change languages.

You can open Ulduar by your self, only need run this script in your world db.
