Sorry for the late response, if somehow the HonorBuddy process still hooks into your Windows stuff, try running Windows in safe mode and then remove the folder completely. Hope you have it figured out by now and if not I hope i helped you out

It was locked to my account. moved all of my characters to a new one, this solved the issue.
