V18 missing two Draenai starting zone quests (Spare Parts and Inoculation)

• [Name, Type] missing quests
• [Problem Description] Technician Zhanaa does not give quest Spare Parts: https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=9305/spare-parts;
• Vindicator Aldar does not give quest Inoculation: https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=9303/inoculation
• [How it should work] these quests need to be available for characters and should work normally. I manually added the quests and they worked as intended.

Hello Varal, i tested this issue, is it possible you are not running on the most recent revision of the repacks? Repack V18 is what i just tested on, and this bug isnt there
