V18 Mage Blink Bug

Mage Blink spell is currently broken, tested on multiple toons for both factions. When used, the spell graphic and sound works but there is no movement.

he said it is fixed in the next version, V19 isnt released yet, but he is working on more fixes before release, please give him some time im waiting for it aswell
