V17.1 RDF/Dungeon bug

• [Location, Faction, Race]RFC.Deadmines Horde ORC GM account
• [Name, Type] RDF/Dungeon
• [Problem Description] issue with dungeons not completing just did RFC twice both times no bag and I got deserter debuff after dungeon was completely finished. Also just tested Deadmines and same issue.
• [How it should work] Should trigger dungeon completed and give a reward bag at the end after dungeon is complete.

there are a handful of low level dungeons that do this. seems to stop when you get to Outland dungeons

RFC has been fixed on next version. Please post in here the specific dungeons that do the same
