- [Problem Description] You get the quest "The Arts of a Mage" telling you to learn Arcane MIssiles, go learn Arcane Missiles and it will be added to your skill bar and be completely unusable (greyed out). Even with a target it just says "You can't do that yet" if you try to click it.
- [How it should work] I should be able to use the spell when I have something targeted (such as the training dummy for the quest or another hostile target).
