[Problem Description] Having accepted the quest from Ortezza (the Hunter Trainer), she no longer offers any hunter training so it's not possible to learn Steady Shot from her (which the quest requires). It's possible to acquire Steady Shot from the hunter trainer in Sen'jin, but the quest specifically says the player should 'Speak to Ortezza to train Steady Shot'.
[How it should work] The player should be able to accept the quest from Ortezza, then speak to her again to learn Steady Shot, then proceed to use the new spell five times before returning to Ortezza for quest hand-in.
