V11 Shadow Word:Death Bug

[Location, Faction, Race] Shadow Priest
[Name, Type] Shadow Word: Death (32379 Spell ID)
[Problem Description] Not doing the correct amount of damage
[How it should work] IF the target doesn't die from Shadow Word: Death, it should deal the equal amount of damage done to the target to the priest himself, dealing 3.3k damage with my char i get 170 damage back (unbuffed, no shield, nothing)

Okay so do not laugh at me but I forgot that i had the T13 Set bonus active which reduces the taken dmg by 95% xD ahaha

I am just not sure if its correct, that the actual damage you deal to the target gets reduces on you by your own resil (not sure about that)

So as example, with 50% dmg reduction from resilienece I deal 3k to the target and only get 1.5k back (I am not sure if it's correct or not)
