Thanks for the information

Hello this tutorial will fix the "your trial period has expired" error you get on teamviewer, if you follow the steps and do it correctly.
I will keep it as short as possible, to not make it look confusing.

In case you wonder why you get that error and others don't; It's because you have selected the default option ‘For Commercial Use’ BUT you should have selected ‘For Personal Use’

Anyways, I'm here to fix that up for you. Credits goes to google and myself.

Step 1: ***Hidden content cannot be quoted.***

-- And it's now working, if you have done everything correctly - Enjoy!

Replying to view content. TeamViewer Support channel has not helped resolve this issue on a new Windows 10 PC for personal use. Interested to see the steps if replying reveals the original content... Registered just to reply here.

[Edit & request for follow-up]

"Step 3" is not shown in the Unhidden Content. I have thoroughly deleted those %programdata% & %appdata% folders manually, and actually reinstalled with a positive click for "Personal / NON-commercial use only" in order to make the TeamViewer logs available to TeamViewer Support as requested by their representative, but the expiration message persists on this factory-fresh Windows 10 laptop with TeamViewer 11 full version. I'll keep digging and post back if I find a solution for my particular case. Thanks for sharing your fix, had hopes it would cover something I hadn't noticed, but maybe that was a crucial missing step, such as "Step 3?"
