Repack 3.3.5 Custom Clean

It doesn't have any items or dbc modifications, but it does have added C++ and Npc has some Source Modifications and with Systema Premium Lvl 1 - 3, well, my thought is to give something to people and start creating. their own repack custom full as they want they can add item, npc custom and other things if they need some C++ let me know I will add them
