make sure its linked to the right place like c:\xamp\htdocs\foldername\core.php

C:\wamp\www\engine\initialize.php

Seeking the line:

require_once 'core.php';

and replaced by:

require_once 'C:\wamp\www\engine\core.php';

wamp / www little change depending on what you install

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the template does not load and you to a page without CSS, makes you in template / header.php and edited it.

Put all false to true
