As the error describes, it's a redefinition, aka declared twice.
If you wish me to fix it up for you, please paste npcs_special.cpp on a pastebin and I'll fix up the errors (so I don't have to download the full core) to see the code.

Hey Gosa, try this instead. The real issue is that the spells SPELL_ROOT_FOR_EVER and SPELL_INITIALIZE_IMAGES needs to be changed to their numbers instead which is 31366 for root and 102284 for images. Good luck!

I got error in VS 12! C1060:Complier is out of heap space when i complie your repo. Any suggestion for this error. Thanks
This error has been solved but i got another error in VS. It says error in game.pch and script.pch: try rebuild ing the PCH. Any suggestions please.

Thanks for the reply ExO, C1060 error is solved but I got another error. It says error in game.pch and script.pch: try rebuilding the PCH. I thniks this errors have been solved in VIP section. Thanks.

This is because you are compiling on windows 8/10, i had this issue but it was gone when i compiled on a virtual machine windows 7!
In simple words, try using windows 7 to compile.
