Quest : On a Wing and Prayer
Tarecgosa is simply flying in the air, you can talk with her but you can not return the quest to her in Coldarra.
There should be a scene but it is not working aswell.
The questline should be fixed because otherwise you just can not obtain the legendary staff which is pitty after farming Firelands for so long.

Update : It's not just this one quest that is broken, the following one is also not working.
Might be the whole chain ?
