The 572 pages are not for the same version of the repack. ExO updates this thread for each public release. This may or may not happen for the next public release, however.
The current version of the VIP repack is v11, which was recently released.

Yeah, well, right now I can't afford to get myself a VIP repack, so I guess I'll work with what I have on hand.

No worries. v7 of the repack is still heavily developed and stable, and is definitely playable. I believe most quests that aren't developed are either at an auto-complete stage, or at least semi-blizzlike - and if they aren't, '.quest complete' always works
