Yes it does, I believe it's in the worldserver.conf file.
I can't say for sure, but in my opinion downloading the repack through this forum post is the safer bet, since I'm not sure if that installer uses the new download links for the current version.
where the client for this files? n any tutorial for client? im newbie.. hope member on this forum can help me..
I'm not sure if there is a client for it on this site, but you can download it in a lot of different places. Just search "World of Warcraft 4.3.4 Client download", but be careful as there could be viruses, and it's also a big file so it'll take a couple of minutes to download. I would link somewhere myself but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to link to ThePirateBay, or whatever links you'd prefer.
If you know what torrenting is and how it works, then I'd suggest downloading it through there.

This repack still definitely works, and is still being updated. The next version might be out soon, however no promises or guarentees on how soon or how long that will be. You could donate to gain VIP access though, which is always one version ahead of the public, free version.

Are you doing it right? I'm pretty sure transmog worked for me on v5.
When I first tried it though, I forgot how it worked so I didn't do it right, but I ended up figuring it out.
How exactly does it not work? Will it not accept the item? Or will the item not show as the transmogged version when wearing it?
