Any ideas where to get working dll files to start this server? libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll and libcrypto-x64.dll are not being installed with OpenSSL and the bnetserver won't start without those...

I did not see a way to start Apache or Fusion CMS. Was this missing from the repack or just not included?

Looks like it's not included, I'd like to have that as well. Did you manage to start the server itself? Mine yells that I don't have three specific dlls: libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll and libcrypto-x64.dll

You have to download the 64bit of OpenSSL then copy those files from the /bin folder.

Strangely enough, it started to work after full server restart ( the machine). Now I get "no realms available" when trying to connect to it.

Got it to work, but there are so many NPCs that shouldn't be there... are they visible to admins only or to every player? How to get rid of them?

It's just the client download for Mac or Windows. This client version works (and is made for) this Legion server. It is just a suggestion. It is where I got the clients for my 4 home computers, 2 Mac & 2 Windows (Linux/Wine).
There is nothing to elaborate on. I posted this because it was asked about a client. This is where I get my clients from. /end
