Missing Rare Spawns in Outlands

In an attempt to complete the Bloody Rare achievement I found two of them were not spawned.

Chief Engineer Lorthander
Ever-Core the Punisher

I did a .lookup creature and got the ID and then did .go creature id and their id and got teleported to valid spawn areas for them but they werent there. I did fly past all areas each are known to spawn and they havent been there.

Not sure this is important but it does stop you from completing that achievement.

What version are you on? I have them both spawning for me on v13.1 (use .go creature 111456, .go creature 111458, and .go creature 111459 for Chief Engineer Lorthander spawn points) and (.go creature 111454, .go creature 111497, .go creature 111498 , and .go creature 111499 for Ever-Core the Punisher) The .go creature teles to the guid not the id (so you can choose which to tele too when multiple creatures of the id exists I assume?)

Both are actually spawned. As @liberator35856 mentions, if you're unsure of the location, you could use the .go creature command
