I will keep posting bugs in here as I stumble upon them.

The Flag of Ownership Not working.
Tinkers is not working. When you use them, they don't do anything.

When fighting someone else in a world arena (Blade Edge Arena, Nagrand Arena, etc.) you do not get in combat when attacking. You can cast a spell and then mount up instantly.

Guild tabs are bugged. You can't buy more than 1 Guild Bank Tab.

It's not possible to guild kick as a Guild Master.

The guild perk "Have Group, Will Travel" does not work. When you try to cast it while in group, it says "Invalid Target".

More updates on the open world arenas. When hunters place traps in the arenas and other players enter them, the traps just bugs out and do nothing, but disappear. If dueling someone in the arena, the trap works fine.

My guess is, that the effect that you get marked by when entering the world arenas, is bugged. The effect that causes this mark

That effect should be there i think, it's the PvP mark.
You are like attackable to allys & enemys.

You misunderstood it, he meant that when that effect is there, and you try to trap someone it will bug out. Atleast from what I understood, since I know to this already.

Some items are not able to be transmogged, I saw this on Zealot-WoW as well, when I tried to transmog Sleeper / Dreamer. I reported it back then and it was fixed ASAP

Another item, doing the same thing, is Stealthblade.

Has probably been mentioned before, but Mirror Image are making 6 copies of the mage instead of just 3.

Fixed in next version.

It actually hasn't. I'll look into it and fix it soon as well. (Managed to fix it on zealot) so it should automatically be fixed in the next revision.

In Black Temple, this pack of mobs is completely bugged. They get untargetable after being pulled.

Edit: A lot of the mobs in the room is doing the same thing.

None of the Replica gear found at the faire is working for transmog. Same bug as the weapons listed some posts back.

The meta gem Relentless Earthsiege Diamond is not working as intended.

It does provide the 21 agility, but not the 3% extra crit rate.

The trinket Serpent-Coil Braid is not working a 100%. The trinket provides two passives. The two being:

25% more mana gained when using a mana gem WORKING

Gaining 225 spell power for 15 sec. NOT WORKING

Night Elf racial Shadowmeld is bugged. When used, it should not start to refresh the the cooldown, before the spell is cancelled (when player starts moving) or is caught out.

When using Nitro Boost from engineering, for some reason you also get the alchemy +80 stat pot applied xd

When using Vanish as a rogue, it doesn't automaticly put you into to stealth afterwards. The Vanish effect just wears off and nothing happens.

Quest Take Five Bases is the quest you do to get the tabard from Arathi Basin.
Thing is, normally you have to be exalted in order to take the quest, but you can take it even though you're neutral.

It's the same on alliance.
