I brought Cata server and crashes on startup

Hi everyone i'm new here and need some help with the Cata 18 server, It keeps crashing on startup here is what the log file say

Using configuration file worldserver.conf.
Using SSL version: OpenSSL 1.0.2u 20 Dec 2019 (library: OpenSSL 1.0.2a 19 Mar 2015)
Using ACE version: 6.1.4

yes m8 i did i got it up and running but 18 vip keep crashing so have turned all bots off to see if thats the problam ill let you know how it goes.
