[EmuCoach 6.3 VIP] Bug special characters (another language like french)

Hi great work and good release ! continue like that dudes !
I have some issues, when wow client is on another language like French, npc and quest have some trouble like screenshot. When the npc's name get "é'èçù..." on theirs name. In my databases i changed to format "utf8 -- UTF-8 Unicode" but nothing happen. Sorry for my bad english, i'm not english man ^^.

On the screenshot we can see a npc speak two time in same time too.

I have deleted all of "loc2" (bad text) and after refresh the "bad text" come back. i think the problem is mysql

Fixable with a good tables, https://github.com/Multigaming/Traduction_434 is working great on V7 and should work on VIP versions
