Insert db2, dbc, maps, mmaps and vmaps in there. Try to run the server again.

They are here only for first release to make sure that if other people redistribute the repack they know where it came from.

It will be removed next release (the message every minute)

Yes, just make sure you setup the auth table realmlist correctly, should be same as cata

The changelog would be over 3000 lines, instead when we do our next v1.1 release we will include changelog between v1 and v1.1, stuff also has to be tested for the first release
