In the Raid: Baradin Hold

Cast a spell, the problem is:
A power that is called Fel Firestorm ( https://www.wowhead.com/spell=88972/fel-firestorm )
the power throws it, but the rain of fel fireballs does not appear, the boss is throwing the power but the rain does not appear.
The other problem that all the raid Npc Mobs and Boss have a Respaw of 2 minutes which should have a Respaw of 7 days.
The Respaw they have:
The Respaw that the entire raid should have, be it Npc, mobs.boss, etc.
