Alliance cannot catch fish in Orgrimmar?

fishing here in org, getting skill points, yet cannot catch a fish, is that normal? trying to get achievement fishing diplomat.

I am also having trouble fishing in Orgrimmar. The skill will increase, but I never catch anything. I can't progress the "No dumping allowed" fishing quest.

In World of Warcraft, the Alliance cannot catch fish in Orgrimmar because it is a Horde-controlled city. As a faction-specific hub, Orgrimmar is hostile territory for Alliance players. Attempting to enter the city usually results in attacks from Horde guards and players, making it nearly impossible to safely fish. Even if an Alliance player manages to evade detection or use stealth abilities, the aggressive NPCs and PvP risks create an unfriendly environment for fishing. Instead, Alliance players should stick drayage los angeles to neutral or Alliance-friendly zones to enjoy fishing without interruption.
