WorldServer crashing

Hello!.
The version of my server is 6.3.
My operating system is Windows server 2012.

I'm having problems with WorldServer crashing with 5 players online. And sometimes without any player.
I am not able to monitor the connections of the same. But I suspect it may be somebody who is mean.
Well, we recently unplugged a GM from the staff for abuse of power.
And he's been like that ever since.

I am attaching the log and the failure.

Hi! As you mention, your version is 6.3, and not 7.0.
Why not update to 7.0? ;P

It's much more stable, and you should by then avoid crashes like this.

I migrated to 7.0, but now I have problems with the accounts of users, after I have done the procedure of conversion and migration, the items and spells of the characters are disappearing soon after the first access.

Try to export item_instance table in character DB (from old DB), to the new character DB, and see if this does the trick. (I noticed that one was missing)
