[Problem Description] The talent resets Rend duration when Mortal Strike is used, but it also does Rend's initial damage. ( https://streamable.com/3w5g3 you can see here that after i used 50 Mortal Strikes in a few seconds after applying Rend, Rend ticked 53 times. )
[How it should work] When Rend is being refreshed with Mortal Strike, it should not do the initial damage.
