Warnings and errors in the World Server window?

Is it normal that the world server window has all sorts of red text pointing out errors and warnings while it loads?

The server runs and the game can be played but i was curious about this, is it expected that these lines are there?

Yes, that's typical. No need to worry.

Correct. No need to worry as Developer said, but still good to have cleaned out.
V.10 will have quite a few dberrors fixed. At least 50% fixed/reduced.
