valor vendor not trading correct tokens

[Problem Description] Does not sell the proper item list rendering impossible to turn in raid tokens.
[How it should work] Should have the proper item list to sell and not a mix up with Toren Landow <Legacy Justice Quartermaster>

You can edit it on your own using npc_vendor table.

Does this happen to both Alliance and Horde vendors?

If you don't know how to do that, send me a list with the wrong things and I will make a fix for that asap

Well that wont be a permanent solution.
If not fixed, it will just reappear in V13

You cant trade any of these tokens from NPC Faldren Tillsdale & Jamus' Vaz
