WOTLK Raid Problems
For Reference - Using a fresh install of the V4 repack
- Generic - Multiple dungeons on 5 player (Normal) difficulty is spawning either all or most of the mobs as their heroic counter parts (Sometimes as little as half is wrong, some times almost 90%). Instances giving both heroic/Non-heroic achievements even when doing on "Normal". Bugged so far - Auchenai crypts, Hellfire Ramparts, The Blood furnace, Slave pens, Underbog, Mana tombs, Sethekk Halls, The Mechanar,
- Hellfire Ramprts - No quest NPC inside. No loot chest next to Vazruden.
- Generic - In reference to above, A lot of the bosses in the "Bugged" Dungeons are not dropping loot except for gold.
- Underbog lords in Underbog using wrong models (Frost giant instead of fungal giant model) (It's supposed to do this)
- Steam Vaults - Order's from Lady vashj unable to use the item to obtain it's quest
- Shattered halls - Grand Warlock Nethekurse Can't be fought.
- Sethekk Halls - Anzu spawns on his own on Normal difficulty without having to use his quest orb. Talon king's Coffer spawns twice.
- Shadow Labs - Skeletons Between Blackheart and Grandmaster were laying on the ground unable to be attacked or killed. Only able to be targeted with GM mode on.
- Arcatraz - "Dead" Arcatraz sentinels follow, and attack you and cannot be killed as they're already "dead" Some even patrol while dead. Warden Mellichar spawns a purple bubble then doesn't stand in it or interact with it in in any way, Also stops spawning the monsters for the encounter after the first one. Unable to complete instance.
- Old hillsbrad Foothills: Lieutenant drake unable to be attacked after blowing up internment lodges. Captain skarloc despawns without being able to fight him. Thrall stops responding afterward.
- Black Morass - After the first boss portal the following portals take extremely long to spawn (Roughly same amount of time as it's supposed to take for the break between sets, But between each portal)
- Magister's Terrace - Kael'thas does not drop his head (Quest item) for kalec's quest.

Vanilla Dungeon issues
- Stockades is still spawning the pre-cataclysm mobs as well as the new post-cataclysm mobs. Trash seems to be re spawning too fast. No quest npc's spawned in the instance at all.
- Stratholme - Fras siabi's tobacco was no where to be found, No post master's for the mailbox keys either. Timmy the cruel and unforgiven didn't spawn. Could not get the door to Lord Rivendare'ss room to open. Duplicate spawn of Balnazzar
Non-spawn / dungeon related
- Earned Damage control (Pvp achievement) while running shadow labyrinth.
WOTLK Raid Problems
- Eye of Eternity - double spawn, Maly only had 500 hp (Fixed)
- Naxxramas - 4 horseman dropping loot directly instead of in chest, Military quarter giving both 10/25 achieve on 10N. Stitched Giant's Giving baradin's wardens rep. Fugen/Stalagg only have 80 hp. (Fixed) No teleporters back to main chamber once boss dies
- Icecrown - Elevator at lady deathwhisper goes up before boss dies. Gunship? What gunship? (Gunship does not appear to spawn)
- Ulduar - Instance not even open? (Can't confirm)
