[Problem Description]
Once one enters Deadmines instance and uses the incense Burner. id = 58147
A cutscene begins. Camera heads to the pirate ship location to overview a conflict
between Van Cleef and group of five alliance. Once the stage is set so to speak. The event stops there. and quest cannot be completed.
[How it should work]
Where the current cut scene leaves off, a scripted fight ensues between Van Cleef and the group of alliance.
Which can be better described by watching this or another video on the quest itself. Then once the scene plays out the quest is completed.
