Quest name: Nothing a couple of melons won't fix
Area: Sargeron- Desolace
On version 14 (gold solo/fun): the melons must be turned in at the fountain you pick the quest up at, but you get forced to run out of the area to some unrelated "Ancient Tablets" to turn the quest in.
You should be able to turn the quest in at the original fountain that gave you the quest.
