[Problem Description] Hagara spawns the Ice Waves, which is correct, but they do not rotate around the platform.

[Problem Description] After the Event for Ultraxion, he spawns but gets stuck in his flying animation, also he is not targetable, you can even see the typical wow dummies hitting you nearby lol
[How it should work] Kinda self explaining
No "real" further testing for Dragonsoul then.
Oh and also, the whole loot is messed up, bosses just randomly drop all items, no matter if its raidfinder, normal or hc
