V10 Odd behavior of innkeeper(s) when binding hearthstone

Location: Eversong Woods, Falconwing Square
Horde, Blood Elf 1-10 zone
Character: Blood Elf Mage
NPC: Innkeeper Delaniel <Innkeeper>

Issue: When setting home location to Falconwing Square, I see the character casting the binding to set the hearthstone rather than the innkeeper. The innkeeper should be animating casting the spell. I've noticed this issue since v8 through v10. The innkeepers are not animating the casting of the bind hearthstone to inn, but the character is casting the spell at the the innkeeper. When you mouse over the hearthstone, it does indicate the correct bound inn, and the hearthstone works as intended.

I've noticed this too. I checked their SmartAI and don't think it has anything to do with it. After looking at the flag for making an npc an innkeeper, it seems like it's controlled by the flag itself. If so it might have to do with the core and may require the developers to fix it.
