Problem: Arcanometer device cannot capture the data, so quest will not completed.
How it should work: You must use the device to seismic hotspot and get the reading.
Also the same issue takes place with the second quest of the series. (Monitoring the Rift: Sundered Chasm)
Probably the same and with the next and last quest of the series but not confirmed!
In V9 the quest was ok!
