I hope this is simple enough to implement, just say no if it's too hard. 
May we have one more vendor added to the troop in the Stormwind and Orgrimmar?
I'd appreciate a vendor with the level 80 starter gear that was added to "Scroll of Resurrection" boost characters.

Either this or an NPC who could flag characters for the boost/gear to be added on relog the way the customization and renaming npc's do. I couldn't find a way to do this on my own.
