Stuck in a "etheral" state? (v9.1)

So i got one quest in Redridge mountains and my character got in a state where everything looks monochrome and also a bit dizzy (like he is drunk). During this state the enemies don't attack me unless i do.

But i completed several quests and also abandoned one that was bugged (the one where you lead a giant to move a boulder to save someone underneath) and i'm still in that state. I abandoned all my quests. I used the hearthstone to teleport to my home. I logged out. i closed the client and even restarted the whole server. It looks like i'm stuck in that phase forever. Is there a way to unstuck or is my character busted?

.mod phase 1

I just killed the character and everything got beck to normal.

I don't remember the quest name unfortunately
