SPELL FIXES REQUIRED Quest: Kickin' Nass and Takin' Manes

[Name, Type] Kickin' Nass and Takin' Manes, Quest
[What it does] Using the boot to kick Nass after troll kill does nothing
[What it should do] Using the boot to kick Nass after troll kill should give a Hair Sample

2nd issue with this. I did a quest complete, and handed in the quest. The whole camp at Ebon Watch instantly died, not sure if it entered another phase too.
Had to wait for NPC respawn to get follow on quests.

Few of the required spells work. This needs spell work badly.
-- 51889 Quest Accept Summon Nass Works
-- 51866 Kick Nass No response
-- 51870 Collect Hair Sample Gives emote, But creature does not recognize spell cast.
-- 51872 Hair Sample Collected No response
-- 51909 Kickin' Nass and Takin' Manes: Quest Complete (Force Cast) Kills everyone around me at quest reward. I believe it may have been intended to only target nass 28521.
