I have noticed some Creatures around Orgrimmar are not moving after spawn. It is most noticeable in northern Durator and around the Azshara entrance the Orgrimmar. I have also noticed herbs sometimes spawn in the air in those same areas and others; this may or may not have to do with movement issues.
Would an MMap solve this problem? I have not been able to find one for 4.3.4 yet, but I have a feeling that may be the culprit.
