Where do you host your private server? Are you worried about getting a DMCA report, and a shut-down by your host?
Do you believe Russia is the safest country to host in? I'd like to know your opinion!

There are enough hosts, around Europe who completely ignore DMCA reports

Well any host that are hosted outside of the US laws, and are ignoring dmca reports.
Netherlands, France, Russia, Asia - usually it's hosted there.

Almost any Europe server is great to host from just not france. One of blizzard main office is from there.
