Quest "Lou's parting thoughts" is broken

[Name, Type] Quest "Lou's Parting Thoughts"
[What it does] In part "eavesdropping on the thugs", you need to go to where the thugs supposedly are (behind the Furlbrow pumpkin farmhouse in Westfall), but there's only a little demon named "Lou's parting thoughts trigger" there. The thugs are missing, so the quest cannot be completed.
[What it should do] At the demon's location should be 4 thugs on which you need to eavesdrop from around the corner. This will complete (this part of) the quest.

Should be fixed for 6.3 / 7.0 (VIP), I remember doing the quest some months ago and the whole event was scripted

ensure that you do .gm off the trigger bunny isn't suppossed to be see by non gm players

EDIT: haven't tried this quest in V7 yet, but if it's already fixed, then this can be closed and moved to fixed bugs.
