The game repeatedly spams the following text to the player after accepting the quest -
If the player uses the item, clicking it again does not toggle the effect. The player must manually right click on the "spell" up top on the right. However the text will then continue to spam the player.
Abandoning the quest does not solve the issue either and the NPC that is spawned (Jorgensen) continues to follow the player till they log out.
