[Other] Playerbots that use stealth in WSG/TP

• Warsong Gulch/Twin Peaks, Alliance, Dwarf Shaman
• [Name, Type] PlayerBots, Battlegrounds
• [Problem Description] Currently whenever a rogue playerbot picks up the flag in WSG or TP they use stealth which causes a spam of drop and pickup.
• [How it should work] If they have the alliance or horde flag they should no longer stealth.
