[Blackvision]

The questline The Ring of blood in Nagrand, the mob gets spawned in the ring, you can kill it but it does not give you credit for the kill. Therefore you cannot turn the quest in and continue the quest chain.

Lord Hel'nurath in Dire Maul West can be encountered by any player. ( Should not be possible)
"Lord Hel'nurath is a special boss that you can encounter in Dire Maul West.
Hel'nurath can only be summoned by Warlocks who possess the three summoning items obtained during their Epic Mount Questline"

General :

When attempting to interact with any NPC e.g in stormwind/orgrimmar, they are suppose to stop and they do not, they keep on walking away. So you have to chase them down.

Can't reproduce. He will grant you credit upon the very end. Please re-test again.
Were you multiple people when killing?

I Will however look into The Quest later today
