[Problem Description] Doesn't seem to be working. With the current build I have 17% crit + 8% crit from Improved Fireblast and the critical chance on frozen targets should be 3*25 = ~75% 2019-04-20 15-23-56 - Streamable
[How it should work] Should multiply the critical chance of ALL the spells on frozen targets
