I would like to have all maps at 1-110 level

Greetings! In the worlds of Warcraft we have seen that the maps are divided by experience based on the level of our character. For example Elwynn Forest 1-20, Redridge mountains 20-60, Outland 58-80, etc.
I would like to know if there is a way to get rid of this limit and make all maps in the game 1-110. This way, even if my character levels up, I can still face opponents of the same level as me.
How can it be done?

Something similar at work over on ascension.gg << the characters in the start zones level with the player. You might try asking on their discord as to how this was achieved?
