I have a questions.

1. server works on win xp sp2 (32bit) or win vista (32bit)?
2. can i change all lang (quests, items, etc...) in server and how? i mean upload rus bases.
3. how connect to navicat? what log and pw?
4. how to add web page and forum to server?

1. I think it might work on vista, but I'm not sure about XP, but it's worth a try to find out since the repack is free. Let me know if it is or isn't when you find out.

2. I believe ExO would have to answer that, as I wouldn't know anything about that.

3. The username should be "root" and the password should be "ascent".

4. That requires a bit of work, I think. I don't have a direct tutorial, but I can tell you how to find out: You want to look for setting up Apache, and a website to use, which I found one here for you:

Just to clearify the answer to question one.

It should work perfectly fine aslong as you remember to get the required softwares. Picture it as drivers for your Graphics card.

all repacks ive seen they could been installed from xp sp3 and newer operating systems thats why asked but i gonna try. repack yours emucoach v5.
