How to change server announcements

Where do you change the server announcement where it says something like "Welcome to EmuCoach!" every 10 minutes?

Hello,
You can change the "Autobroadcast" messages, in the "Autobroadcast" table. Which can be found in the database, using a SQL browser software, like HeidiSQL. You can download this software here: http://www.heidisql.com/download.php

Log in to your database using details as following;
- Username: root
- Password: ascent
- port: 3306
