How do you unlock posts links, if you cannot reply?

Now sure where too ask this, but I have been unable to any replys it keeps saying error.
Anyone get this or is my account messed up when replying with a quote.

Pretty sure he's referring to the MoP repack.
You need 10 non-spam posts, and 5 days registered (that part you already have).

Now if you're talking about being able to reply anywhere on the forum, then what ExO posted will hopefully help.

You need to be a member, just not create a quick account to "reply" be active and post to unlock kinda

I didn't do spam replies. I took the time to look at 10 differents posts and comment, idk why im not being upgraded to member status!
