Getting sued? (Curious)

Greetings!
So, I'd like to host my private server from home, dedicated server etc.. And I was wondering what are the chances of getting sued.
Like, I know there are a lot of private servers out there, still running, some of them even has microtransactions. Does Blizzard really not care about them? And if I happen to have some fees on my server what are the chances that Blizzard will actually sue me?
I know it's a bit silly question, but please put up with it and answer me. :)
I look forward to your replies. :)

There will always be a much bigger server, there are servers with thousands of players. Starting out, there's a very very rare chance you'll even get looked at, much less sued.

Yeah, as hyqxyz said;

I am of course not responsible for this but you shouldn't even worry about getting sued before you actually have a laarge playerbase & tons of daily donations, and even then it would most likely not happen. (WoWScape was an example that it did actually occur thought.)

The biggest thing you / your hosting would receive would be a DMCA report (also happens on lower servers, cause it requires way less of resources to do from blizzard's side, but again it's nothing to worry about.

However, I would personally always host offshore when running a pserver, but that's just me.
